1、 5+ years of experience in board/system level hardware design experience in telecom or embedded industry.

2、 High-speed digital HW design with telecom line card experience is required .

3、 Analog HW design knowledge and experience is required.

4、 Familiar with HW circuit design software, such as Orcad and Cadence Allegro.

5、 Deep understanding of hardware design and engineering process (PCB and PCBA) and quality control is required.

6、 Actual experience problem resolving, requires originality and ingenuity using knowledge gained in field.

7、 Fluent in both oral and written English, good communication skill is required.

8、 Excellent team work, self-motivated and ready to help.
