工作职责：

Design and develop firmware for optical amplifiers, subsystems and micro-optics modules.  Do unit test for developed code to guarantee robustness. Continuous improve design for better code structure, executing efficiency and product performance.

岗位要求：

1、 3+ years of experience in control systems development with FPGA and/or microcontrollers writing firmware for embedded applications. Experience on optic communication industry is preferred.

2、 Good experience on embedded Linux/VxWorks development, and has experience on developing network protocol like NMP, SSH, SFTP, etc.

3、 Experience on C++ and assembly programming language.

4、 Good understanding and experience in Object Oriented design.

5、 Experience in lab bench debugging tools oscilloscopes, logic analyzers.

6、 Should be able to work and deliver on aggressive schedule.

7、 Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented.

8、 Good written and oral communication skills in English.
